YOGURT ORANGE CAKE

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and half of the sugar (80 g) with a whisk mixer until stiff.
Mix the egg yolks, the rest of the sugar (80 g), oil, yogurt and grated orange peel into a dough. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and gradually work it into the yolk dough. Finally, carefully mix in the prepared egg white snow.
Pour the dough into an oiled and floured baking form. Bake at a temperature of 180 °C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
After baking, let the cake cool completely and then you can decorate it with chocolate, sugar toppings, ground nuts, cinnamon or powdered sugar.

Sugar Icing:
Mix powdered sugar with orange juice, pour it over the cooled cake and let it set at room temperature.
